Akiko and Jim with Wade Davis Design created a modern, minimalistic, beach inspired home. Open concept dreams come true as the kitchen, dining, living and outdoor spaces all flow seamlessly. The 12ft island surrounded by white oak cabinetry and oil-rubbed finishes make the kitchen feel inviting. The bathrooms are sanctuaries with no detail spared including heated floors. The biggest detail we admire is the base-less walls which are more difficult to construct but embody the minimalistic design beautifully.
